DAirTech’s Multizone and Double Deck Air Handling Units are complete packaged units for cooling and ventilation, or heating and cooling, or ventilation and heating applications. The blower section of the Air Handling unit is equipped with a choice of either centrifugal DWDI or Plenum type blower. The fan wheels are available in forward curve, backward inclined or air foil blades construction. Multizone and Double Deck Air Handling Units can incorporate air intake plenum section, return air section, air mixing section and full economizer section. Each section is also equipped with air intake dampers, and flat or v-bank air filters. The unit discharge air section is available with an air discharge multizon damper or double duct openings either in horizontal, up-blast or down-blast discharge configurations. The coil options for the Multizone and Double Deck Air Handling Units include, high performance Chilled Water and high temperature Heating Coils. All coils are AIR certified as manufactured by Heatcraft. A choice of, high performance gravity and power vented or separated combustion indirect gas fired heaters are offered for outdoor and indoor Multizone and Double Deck Air Handling Units. Features common to all Air Handling Units are structural steel channel base, galvanized steel housing, access doors, high density fiberglass insulation, high efficiency blower motors, and externally mounted and wired electrical enclosures.
DAirTech’s standard AHU_MZ’s range from 4,000 cfm to 30,000 cfm and special units could be built up to 40,000 cfm. In contrast to standard commercial Air Handlers DAirTech’s each unit is custom designed to meet the particular application and specific requirements of the project. The basic AHU_MZ unit consists of a supply air blower section, a coil section and discharge air section, other sections, such as filters section, air mixing boxes, access section, full economizer section with a return air blower are offered to customize AHU_MZ’s functions needed. |
