DAirTech employs a sectional design approach to all of its Air Handling Equipment.
The mechanical configuration of each fully customized equipment is determined by selecting one of the standard arrangements and adding on all necessary sections.
Each section contains one or more components that serve a specific purpose unique to each application.
The required function, layout and arrangement of the air handling system determine which sections must be included for a particular application.
Sectional design approach permits the designer to optimize and customize sections that will best meet the particular application. The unit is then engineered and built as a single piece, not a collection of pre-fabricated sections.

- Structural channel base with lifting lugs
- Frame type or Standing Seam type construction of G-90 galvanized steel.
- 16 gauge 304 Stainless Steel water tank
- 304 Stainless Steel Media holding frame
- CELdek® or" GLASdek® Evaporative Media
- Centrifugal DWDI or Plenum type fans
- High efficiency Indirect Gas fired Heater
- Coils rated in accordance with ARI 410
- 16 gauge 304 Stainless Steel Drain Pan
- Intake hood or louver with 30% efficiency filters
- Low leakage air control dampers.
- 2” or 4” thick Medium efficiency pre-filters
- High efficiency Rigid, Multi-pocket final-filters, or HEPA filters
- 1" or 2" thick 1.5 lb. or 3.0 lb. density fiberglass insulation
- Double wall Hinged, insulated access doors
- Single point connection Electrical control panel
